Here's a good one for you:
Artichoke Dip (can be served warm or room temp)

2 cups light Mayonaise
(I say use light because if made with regular mayo, grease settles on top.. eeww)
2 cups drained & chopped canned artichoke hearts
2 cups grated parmesian cheese
1 tsp garlic (finely chopped or from a jar)
1 tps ground pepper
Mix all together in a bowl & put in shallow baking pan.
Bake for 20 mins on 350 degrees or until brown on top.
Serve with sliced baguettes. Everytime I make this people rave about it & can't believe how quick & easy the recipe is!
Good Luck!

Easy appetizers:
Bacon slices cut in half
Artichoke hearts in water cut in quarters
Wrap each quarter in bacon, toothpick closed. Broil, watching carefully, til bacon is cooked. Turn frequently.
Serve with either a dijon mustard or horseradish sauce on the side. Yum.

Bread Bowl Dip - everyone loves it!
Get a round Pumpernickle Bread Loaf from the store bakery department.
I use spinach dip - the packs from the store are good, and you need sour cream too.
Put the bread right on the rack in your oven and toast it on 300 until....well......toasted.
Cut circle out of it and hollow out the inside with your fingers.
Put the dip inside it.
Garnish all around the edges with cut up pieces of the bread you cut out, this is what they dip in.
Its easy and good!

everyone will probly bring in cookies and cupcakes, make something with meat or veggies. how bout roll ups with different lunch meats. take tortillas spread mustard, mayo, or flavored cream chez on them, sprinkle shredded chez on top, then layer ham or turkey and some lettuce. roll up and cut into sections. use a toothpick with a olive or little tomato stuck on it to secure together. will look really fancy and they're very good!

Bake a couple of trays of lasagna. Easy. Look on line for a "no boil noodle" type of recipe. I found a good recipe on back of the Ronzoni box, and it heats up nice. Bring a container of extra sauce... in case you make it the day before, you can nuke the sauce and have it hot to put on top of warm lasagna.

Make a layered taco dip. Spread a layer of refried beans on a tray and then layer lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream mixed with a pack of taco seasoning. You can add black olives, salsa, guacamole, green onions, whatever your like. Serve it with tortilla chips. It's quick, easy and cheap.

try a simple pan cake with honey, like sauce. Don't give children with foods that may choke them. Like homemade cakes. Better give your pupils with beverages-water, fruit juice like mango or pineapple. don't give soda's, cause it may erode their teeth, soft drinks are acids. Just remember, health is wealth, because your pupils will be the success in the future.

Nice plot. Just one thing when you say "or more likely, more high" that doesn't make much sense. Write, "or more likely, higher on drugs than she is"
