Low sodium is dangerous.
I have this problem also.
I am told to eat extra salt and only to drink beverages with sodium in them such as diet soda, juice or milk.I'm not suppose to drink water but I still do in the morning or I can't quench my thirst.
With low sodium you may have hi potassium.Make sure to have that checked also.
Talk to your doctor and find out what to do.
There are many web sites about this.Start looking around.
I wish you the best.
