Buy some Tofurky deli slices (which are awesome, btw. I prefer Hickory flavored, then Oven-Roasted.) some vegenaise, and make a sandwich. Take soup or chili in a thermos. There's always PB&Js. Pita chips or pita bread & hummus. A bag of cut up raw veggies. Cold pasta salads. The possibilities are endless. :)

But you can bring vegan deli slices to make a sandwich, veggies and hummus, PBJs (or almond butter sandwiches).

premade salads (one or more for protein: nuts, egg, cheese, tofu, fake lunch meat)
pasta with veggies and either tofu or fake meat - I love the fake grilled chicken by gardenburger (you'll have to prepare night before) cut up with steamed broccoli & marinara sauce. I like it cold for lunch - its pretty much like cold pizza.
fake meat sandwitch - either the lunch "meats" they have available, or you can do a BLT with Morningstar bac'n, or veggie sandwich.
veggie soups.
Cheese, cracker, and fruit plate.
cold veggie pizza
veggie burrito
veggie sushi
the possibilities are just as plentiful as meat eaters! Good luck.

yuuummmm...... Bagel with chunky olive hummus and some pineapple slices.... the best!!! Full of protein, carbs and you have fruits!! Take some carrot sticks and you are good to go!
