If you have tried this please let me know how the product you baked turned out thank you. Also if you know of any other better ways let me know.

I have used flax seeds as replacement egg in baking before, it works out just fine. I don't know how well it keeps, as I only make what I need at a time.

3 Tbs. water + 1 Tbs. ground flaxseed, mixed well = 1 egg

The flaxseed will change the flavor a bit, so use it in baking that will taste good with it. I've had good luck with flaxseed chocolate chip cookies.

For a flavorless egg replacement, use Ener-G Egg Replacer

you can also use 1/4 c. apple sauce or 1/2 a mashed banana as an egg substitute, though i usually use Ener-G egg replacer.

No, I usually use Ener-G Egg replacer. It's designed for people who cannot eat eggs.

Most vegan cookbooks have not only dessert recipes but how to substitute eggs in conventional recipes.
