Usually Lettuce, Tomato with a ginger vinaigrette

1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons shallots, minced
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 cup oil, olive
1/2 teaspoon oil, sesame
black pepper

Combine all dressing ingredients and shake well

Typically its mostly lettuce, with some grated carrots and a tomatoe or two. The specialty part comes in the asian ginger dressing that they serve it with.
