I went to the doctor today. He gave me my blood test results. Everything seems to be fine except my (good) cholesterol part. He said my cholesterol is 0.75 when it should be at least 1.25. He told me to exercise, drink red wine, or eat foods with Omega 3 like codfish/salmon/etc.

Anymore ideas for me to make it higher?

My husband's total cholesterol was only 125. He now eats two eggs per day and his cholesterol is 150. Low cholesterol can cause depression and it is also linked with a bleeding stroke. It is hard to find information about low cholesterol on the internet.
