AFGHANI FLATBREAD WITH GREEN ONIONS:

Ingredients:

2/3 cup milk (or water)
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons onion seeds (nigella)
1 cup finely chopped green onion (green only)
1 teaspoon yeast (dry)
1/2 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons clarified butter (ghee)
2 tablespoons yoghurt

Method:

Whisk warm milk/water with the yeast and sugar until the yeast is dissolved. Cover and let stand in a warm place for 10 minutes.

Sift flour and salt together into a large bowl add the yeast mixture, half of the ghee and the yogurt. Mix into a soft dough then knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a large greased bowl, cover and let stand in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until the dough is doubled in size.

Punch down dough then knead for 5 minutes. Add the green onions.

Divide dough into 6 pieces. Roll each piece out into 8 inch round circles. Cover an oven tray with foil and grease the foil.

Brush the bread with a little of the remaining ghee and sprinkle with some of the onion seeds.

Cook bread one at a time on a very hot griddle or grill for about 2 minutes on each side or until puffed and just browned. Butter and serve warm.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7V9

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
