In another one of my questions I describe a bump I have on the back of my thigh. It is soft and round and raised from the skin. It hurts like hell. I walk a lot at work and sometimes I sweat. I do NOT sit very much and it seems since I have started this job I am getting these bumps more frequently.
When I touch it it seems as though it is fluid filled and the middle is very soft. It does not look as anything would come out if i were to pop it....I know it sounds gross...but they eventually go away after some time only to reappear a few months later.

sometimes, but generally not. There is at least a feeling on tingliness or itchiness but not necessarily pain

i dont know about your second question..i would really need to examine it so go to a doc about that one. It may be recurrent abscesses which usually hurt and if they dont come to the surface then they dont "pop" but eventually go away. If this is the case you may be one of those people who harbour golden staph. and regularly get infected

warts don't usually hurt, but they are certainly worthy of attention. These bumps you are finding on the back of your thighs might just be little pimples or regular old warts. With allot of friction on your skin, you can develop the raised spots. They might be skin tags, although they don't generally go away on their own. It might be a raised boil or cyst. They seem to hurt like crazy, then fade away only to come back. I would have them checked out. If they are the HPV, then they can burn burned off using silver nitrate, which will be used only after a local is put on. If they are cysts, the doctor can give you good suggestions on how to get rid of them. Anytime something doesn't feel right about your body, is a good time to seek medical attention. We may not always know that something is wrong, but our bodies do.

The bump you are describing does not sound like a wart. Warts are not "fluid filled" as you describe, maybe it's an ingrown hair or a pimple. I don't think you can get genital warts on your leg, they are generally very close to if not directly on your genitals I thought. I've had warts on my knees before when I was a kid and they never hurt.

I don't think this is a genital wart, I think it is a small infected
pimple and it will probably go away on its own. If it gets bigger and very sore you could have a doctor check it out. In the meantime apply warm compresses and don't squeeze too much

That's what I've heard. Personally, I don't know.
