i like mine live! they r cute loveable animals! i dont eat them. nooooooooope! i havent laid my lips on a shred of chicken meat for 1....2....3....4....5...almost 6 months!!!!!!!

Yep, we've got about 30 pure breeds - welsummers, orpingtons, sussex, silkie, cochin, cream leg barr, ancona, aracarna...
pets...all completely free range, we use the eggs.

I had some when I was a kitten & they were sweet. They'd follow me around the back yard & just hang out with me.
When we took one of our rats to the vet a few weeks ago, another couple had a gorgeous red hen.
