Provided I have the land (in Greece) and the capital.
I'm thinking large scale here, like 5+ km2.

No, because solar power by photovoltaic cells is expensive to produce, is an unstable source (limited to day time, and not too cloudy), and storage is rather expensive.
it is marginally profitable when intended for self use, because the cost of saved energy is the highest at this point, but if that energy is sold to a producer, or distributor of energy, the price per unit is going to be much lower.
it would be a better business to build and install such units at private homes.

You would have to investigate Greek law about this. In the US, if you install solar power, it takes about 10 years to pay off the investment. Then it is sold back to the energy company you would be buying your electricity from. That would eventually produce a profit for you.

If you were able to set up a very large photovoltaic cells, and lots of them, you might be able to talk investors into taking part of this. Then you would have to set up a business to sell the power. There would be many hurdles to jump through, but it's a great idea for the future of the world. I hope you can do it.

Nope.

Wind power, maybe.

Have you looked at the cost of photovoltaic?
