That is fine, no problem. What most people don't seem to know is that your blood pressure is constantly changing to some degree. I see this as an anesthesiologist when I attach an automatically-cycling blood pressure monitor.

I had a check up yesterday and my blood pressure was the same reading, 106 over 61. The doctor said it was healthy, good as a matter of fact. The rules are different now than in the past. It used to be 120-130 over 70 or a low 80 was good, but they have changed that. I know I feel better when my blood pressure is 120 over 70, but according to readings nowadays that is almost border line for high blood pressure. Technically, the reading I just got yesterday is not low blood pressure.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

You should read "The Blood Pressure Solution" (also available in electronic format, watch the video presentation here: http://www.fixbloodpressure.com ) It's a very comprehensive step-by-step book that walks you through the natural remedies of high blood pressure. It provides you with a lot of information on what foods to eat, how you can acquire and prepare these foods, how you can change your lifestyle for the better, how to eliminate the toxins from your body, how to reduce stress, how you can check your blood pressure level the correct way etc.

The book is amazing in that it not only lowers your blood pressure without the help of medications; it also aids you in having a life that is healthy, happier, and less stressful. This book chanced my life.

Looks good absent some problem you are having. Pulse rate is presumed normal, and no fainting spells etc.
3:2 ratio is close.

Lots of things affect it too, so need to take many readings and see if they track to things like diet and exercise, , sitting, sanding, sleeping, etc.

Overall, however, it sounds excellent to me. Wanna trade?

Your blood pressure reading is excellent for an active person such as yourself.

as long as you're active... it's excellent. average is 120/70 but people with active lifestyles tend to have a lower BP.

I THINK THAT IT IS A BET LOW BECAUSE THE NORMAL LEVEL IS 120/80, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN IT IS TOO BAD.
I HOPE YOU ARE DOING WELL.
