I saw them do something to this effect on Home & Garden one night and it was beautiful! They covered all of the tables and chairs in sparkling white and really light blue material, and added white lights under all of the tables. Hang silver and white snowflakes from the ceiling. For the centerpieces, they got styrofoam cones and coated them in silver glitter and white snowflakes, and add large pieces of irridecent glitter to the tables. Good luck-this is a beautiful birthday party idea!

What a beautiful time of year to have a white party!!!! Here are some ideas:
1. For a theme, consider The Snow Queen and decorate with lots of little white lights, candles, boughs, greenery and silver.
2. If you have access to a horse and sleigh, use it to deliver guests from the roadway or to introduce the birthday girl to her party. Guests can have sleigh rides during the party. Remember to supply lots of down comforters, gloves, ear muffs and hot cocoa for the ride!
3. Treat your daughter to an extra special gown that includes white and silver and sparkles as she walks. Faux fur wraps will provide her with an elegant way to keep warm!
4. Guests should be given a gift bag, perhaps of white or silver, or a combination of both, tule filled with appropriate favors for her age range. Girls like makeup, jewelry etc. boys like giftcards, razors, aftershave etc. Gift cards to movies, restaurants, etc. are all good choices.
For food, consider elegant appetizers and mock alcoholic drinks. See if you can get an ice sculpture and talk to a bartender about creating drinks such as mock mojitos, cosmos, lemon drops, margaritas, etc. If you have the money, have it catered. If not, then consider your budget and what kinds of foods your daughter and her guests would like. Here are some ideas:
1. Chicken tenders with ranch dipping sauce (you can make your own out of chicken breasts cut into tenders, marinated in Italian dressing overnight, rolled in panko bread crumbs and bake until crisp and cooked.)
2. White asparagas spears wrapped in prosciutto
3. White pizza's with a garlic cream sauce, chicken and veges.
4. Potato skins with cheddar cheese and bacon.
5. Fruit kabobs with a marshmallow cream dipping sauce.
6. Mini hot dogs wrapped in crescent rolls and served with a variety of sauces.
7. Chocolate fountains! Both white and milk varieties with brownie bites, fruit, marshmallows, pound cake etc.
Good luck!

That sounds like a nice idea. A pretty 2 layer white cake with white icing and coconut on top is pretty. Decorate with white candles, that glittery silver confetti that you can sprinkle on the tables, white balloons, white flowers. Every one can be invited to dress in white. You could go ice skating for a fun activity.
