30 mins of walking a day. the absolute best thing you can do is take your meds and eat right. but walking and losing weight can drop your b/p and maybe help lower the amount of medication necessary. take it easy at first and work your way up to a moderate daily walk. it's best to check with your doctor before starting any new kind of regime.
