Some tablets can be crushed and put in soft food like applesuace or even mixed in liquid like juice or water.
There are also liquid forms of medications.
Ask your doctor if they can prescribe you a medication in a liquid/suspension form. Or, you can call your pharmacist and ask them if it is okay to crush the medication your doctor gave you. Some medication should NOT be crushed, so it's important you ask before you crush it.
I hope you also told your doctor you are pregnant. Certain medications should not be used for women who are pregnant.
Good luck!

16 in 6 months? or did u mean 16 and 6 months pregnant? Whichever it is you are quiet a sad case and are just another reason for christians to use in their abstinance argument.
Wow, really.. so young and have chlamydia and a child.
Really you need to talk to your doctor about your medications and not come here. Cause you're not telling us what those 4 tablets are and every medication has its different instructions regarding pregnancy. Some tablets its recommended you dont break/crush them and of course what can you do to reduce the size of a gel?..
Tablet taking tip: put them at the back of your tongue (one at a time of course), then tilt your head back and drink like half a glass of water/juice. Try not to think the pill is in your mouth.

First check with the pharmacy where you got the pills to see if it's okay to crush them. If so, then crush them up and mix with applesauce or pudding. If it's not okay to crush then ask the pharmacy what he/she recommends.
You really do need to get over your fear of taking tablets. You are about to become a young mother and will no doubt have a lot of medications to take in the future. Maybe you can use a pill cutter to cut uncoated pills into a smaller and easier size to swallow. i.e. if you cut a pill in half you'd take the two halves in two different shallows.

Here are a few things to try......Mix them in with icecream or applesauce on a spoon to help you swallow them whole.... My daughter swallows gelcap pills better when we coat them with a little butter so they wont get sticky and get stuck in her mouth.... One more trick is to find a straw that has a large enough opening and slip the pill into the straw and then just drink like nothing is there....Hope you find a way that will work for you
