About two days ago i started to have my throat covered in mucus and my nose running. Today i hacked up some phlem to clear my throat and it was yellow and sort of white. I am just wandering if this is serious or not. PLEASE help me.

Well it is probably a sinus infection.I've had tons of them. The only way to get rid of it is to see a doctor.

It may just be allergies, but, if you start running a fever or the mucus stays yellow or turns greenish you have an infection. In that case, see a doctor for some antibiotics.

You should probably just go to the doc and get some medicine. If you cant do that, then try an OTC cold med (if you have temp) or an OTC allergy med if you dont have a temp.

it is most likely an infection that may or may not go away on its own. if a fever is present see an MD, otherwise wait it out unless symptoms worsen

it is normal =you likely have a cold or asthma
