The beautiful and last-remaining traditional Aboriginals in Australia have been hunting and eating the flesh of live animals for centuries: insects, snakes, worms, dingoes, fish and anything else to satisfy their nutritional needs.
Whales and sharks digest the flesh of surfers who invade their territory.
It's called the web of life!!
Incisors were precisely designed to tear through animal flesh. It doesn't mean that we have to use them for that purpose now.
And yes, we can all catch a banana which won't run and defend itself... so we shouldn't eat those either.
What exactly can we eat?

Thats a good point. Often we hear the "incisor" comments but I've never seen anyone respond that some veggies are tough, especially as they woudl be to our ancestors when they would have been eaten raw.
I like your "top of the food chain" myth buster as well. Of course we are not top of any food chain, we are just the animal thats most populus and found creative ways to cage and kill.
Overall though, it doesn't matter what we were designed for.
its not natural to build farm barns and cage animals so the "we've canines its natural " arguement falls over once we introduce modern machinery.

I know, it's such a stale argument.
Carnivore teeth:

Herbivore teeth:

Gosh the herbivore has even sharper teeth than we do. Imagine that.
The mental picture of a person up on the back of a buffalo trying to tear into it with their teeth and bare hands makes me laugh. Someone should draw that.

hmmm...why does the cow skull i have, not have incisors only molars? horses and sheep aslo do not have incisors...why does my bearded dragon have sharp pointy teeth, when he only eats veggies, with an occasional cricket or mealworm? come to think of it, my iguana was a strict vegetarian, and had lots of sharp teeth...should i have made her eat meat, because she had teeth for it?
yea we weren't made to hunt with our bare hands, thats why we evolved with large brains and opposable thumbs and the ability and knowledge to make tools...i cannot catch a banana by the way, because i cannot climb trees...and have you ever tried to climb a banana tree? don't tell me that trees and plants don't have defensive measures
and if you ever place me buck naked somewhere in the wild, i will kick your face in with my bare foot

Ouch! You made coffee come out my nose!
Well, now that you've put your integrity on the line like that, I suggest you come up with some scientific facts and links to back your assertions. Your logic is absurd. A coyote (that's how you spell it) couldn't defend itself from a tiger either, therefore it should eat bananas???....LOL. WOW!!!
Unless, you're joking of course :-)

Evolution. The man above made humans smart enough to make equipment to kill. To bad you aren't smart enough to use it.
