Same as for regular smokers. Cancer in the respiratory tract, from lips to lungs, also kidneys and bladder, other organs. High blood pressure, hardening of the arteries. Etc. etc.

It is a self correcting problem.

A doctor once told me that if a man lives long enough eventulally he will get prostate cancer.

The same holds true for smokers. If you smoke long enough you will get cancer, emphyzema, or some cardio vascular disease.

Smoke'em if you got'em
