my friend is a doctor and he says that when you think about ur blood pressure and get all anxious about it, that makes it rise. but when you lay down and clear your mind and dont do any activities for about 20 minutes that will help it drop back to normal...
so dont think about it and get plenty of rest... oh and no caffeine or cigs or anything like that

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

You should read "The Blood Pressure Solution" (also available in electronic format here: http://www.bloodpressuresolution.pw ) It's a very comprehensive step-by-step book that walks you through the natural remedies of high blood pressure. It provides you with a lot of information on what foods to eat, how you can acquire and prepare these foods, how you can change your lifestyle for the better, how to eliminate the toxins from your body, how to reduce stress, how you can check your blood pressure level the correct way etc.
The book is amazing in that it not only lowers your blood pressure without the help of medications; it also aids you in having a life that is healthy, happier, and less stressful. This book chanced my life.

blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day and night. It is supposed to go up and down to meet the needs of the body and brain. The problems arise when it is persistently elevated over a period of weeks. Unless it is in the 200/100 range, there really isn't anything you need to do other than relax, it will likely come down by itself.
If however it is that high, get yourself to the nearest ER, you are in stroke range.

As you watch it will climb. Mine climbs when I am anxious about it.
The Internet is loaded with many ways to lower blood pressure naturally and medically.
Go for the naturall if you can, try not to do meds.
Eating four stalks of raw celery a day might work.
Keep your potassium up with bananas and nuts
Exercise one hour a day. All work to help lower it but this is probably the best natural way:

That sounds dangerous - I'd go to the ER if it gets too high (normal is 120/80 mm Hg).

The reason why its climbing b/cuz u are worried about it. Are u scared that something is wrong with it. You really need to stop, before u be on medication for nothing, serious. Trust me u don't want too. Things to do take fish oil, bananas, fresh fruits. People ask for your advice on here and still don''t take it.
