i am a 17 year old girl. i have never had oral, or regular sex.
i found a bump on the inner part of the "flap"

don't panic, make arrangement to see your doctor. here's some information about warts:
Genital warts appear as growths or bumps. Warts may be raised or flat, single or multiple, small or large. They tend to be flesh-colored or whitish in appearance. Warts usually do not cause itching, burning, or pain.
There is no way to diagnose you over the internet, without having a physician perform a thorough medical history and physical examination -- despite what some may say -- you will not know for sure if you have an STD, unless you see your physician.

could be several things but i think it may be time for a doctor to look at it and make you feel better. have you had a gyno appt yet ? if not go and then you can ask what it is.
