Yes, if you and/or your boyfriend have sex with her you can spread the virus to her even if condoms are used. Condoms are never truly 100% effective anyway. They definitely HELP prevent the spread of STDs, but they are not 100% effective.
HPV (as well as genital herpes) can be spread by DIRECT skin to skin contact. Condoms ONLY cover a man's penis and not his entire genital area. So, even if your boyfriend wears a condom, just the rubbing back and forth of the genital areas during foreplay or sex are enough to spread the virus. And, if you have any direct genital to genital skin contact you can spread it too her as well.
Take care!

I think the true answer is that it would be unlikely. HPV is pretty contagious, so I would cover up pretty well.
Your friend might have it also....70% of Americans do have HPV anyway.
Edit: HPV: Humano Papilo Virus (or something like that) Essentially this is a virus that can cause genital warts. In some cases it can potentially lead to cervical cancer.

Are you really that stupid? Or just ignorant?
You are needlessly exposing another person to a communicable disease (which is illegal, by the way) and if you think condoms will protect her, you're wrong. Condoms are NOT foolproof.
Yes...in some states, if you knowlingly have an STD and expose another person to it by having sexual contact without informing that person of your status, you can face criminal charges (this is mostly related to HIV but people with other STDs are now included in that ruling).
I advise you to rethink your threesome. Yes, your friend could be exposed. If that happened, she wouldn't be your friend for much longer.

She could. At the very least use a condom and dental dam.You should also tell her that you both have the virus. It is unlikely you would give it to her if you have both been treated, but there is always certain risk in unprotected sex.

you need to tell your friend that you have the disease and THEN ask her if she wants to do a threesome...
it's likely she WILL contract the disease also
