OK, This happens to many men (myself Included) If it happens right after sex that's normal. However if this occurs often or at night He may have what's called BPF witch Happens to a lot of us guys It means his Prostate is enlarged and that makes it hard to pee at times sometimes you stand there and cant get the flow started or it sputters (stops & starts)and you have to go often because you can't completely empty your bladder.Eather way see you doctor and he more likely then not prescribe Medication I take FLOMAX 1/2 hour after Supper and it has helped me and I hope this helps you,Good luck,Cholito

Is this at every occasion , or just that he finds it difficult when others are at an adjoining urinal ??
If it is all the time , sounds like an infection , perhaps urine which can be treated fairly simply with medication
Best he gets to see his GP for a simple check

He's probably got a water infection! Go to your local walk in center or the Doc's and they will give antibiotics.
