I don't have a virus! Had these problems onging for atleast 4 months. Have consulted a doctor. Am taking drugs for sinus and reflux( but these are not cures just coverups). I spoke to a speciallist who does accupunture and the bowen techneque. Had treament today I was told my body needs to be allined. And so far it looks promissing.

Saw a chrioprator and didn't help.
The specialist I saw today said my pain is due to a foot injury I had 20 years ago and has put my whole body out(my knee, hips, back, and neck. So I hope this has helped others.

I am not sure what your osteopath has done for you. And have to wonder about the significant number of symptoms/diagnoses you describe. Usually in medicine, we try to not find 6 diagnoses for six symptoms. It is doubtful that most people have six problems bothering them at one time unless they are elderly (then they are usually not doing pilates)

SO we should consider these issues
you are having foot pain. You have taken efforts to describe this as heels sore to touch, feet sore, and soreness above toes, but lets just say foot pain-----
We'll say problem 1 foot pain

Problem 2 upper respiratory issues
you have divided this into sneezing and sinus symptoms.

Problem 3 Spine pain (I am unsure when you say upper spine whether you mean neck or upper thoracic)

Problem 4 Gastointestinal Issues - (Lets drop the old diagnoses for now as they may hide the actula problem, but you may have both issues or one issue with two presentations.)

Answers
Problem 1 your osteopath isn't fixing your feet see a podiatrist, get a proper evaluation and if neccessary a referral to the proper subspecialist

Problem 2 sounds like either an infection (which would most likely be viral and resolve on its own) or allergies. Discuss this with your GP try to get a trial of a nonsedating antihistamine and nasal steroid. If given 1 week your issue don't resolve you need either a CT or MRI of the sinuses

Problem 3 If this problem has been ongoing despite osteopathic manipulation, antiinflamatories and muscle relaxants and physiotherapy has either not been tried or for reasons of the exam is not felt to be reasonable. You need an MRI with Gadolinium T2weighted of the area of the spine affected. If normal then physio therapy with progressive rehabilitation. Pilates should be guided by the therapist until the pain is controlled.

Problem 4 Reflux and IBS are both reasonably managed. If you are having continuing problems you need referral to a gastroenterologist.

Having worked in primary care before specializing and subspecializing, I know the problems facing a primary care physician. But if you have ongoing problems, you need them worked up. If they are ongoing despite the best efforts of your GP you need to see the specialists.

Note: I don't mean to upset you by implying I don't believe you when you say you have IBS. When a patient comes to me with several problems, and complains that their issues with the problems are ongoing. I have a tendency to set the diagnosis aside until I can confirm it, and then treat it appropritately. If I blindly accept diagnoses, then I make the mistake of missing other problems.

You have a virus that has attached itself to several of the cells in your body. It will take some time but you can destroy it. Here how.

First go buy lots of distilled water and start drink about a gal a day. Cut out all soft drinks, salts, sugars for a while.
Start drinking vegetable juice, orange juice.
Second.clear your mind of all negative thought.

What you think is what you are.

This works the distilled water will kill pain. Regular water will not.

This means you are eating without hunger/ overeating.
You might be suffering from constipation or might be eating stale bakery foods/ junk foods/spicy foods.
It is possible that you have poor appetite.

Go on three days warm water fast and end it with light food + green salads after you feel good appetite and sneezing is under control.

Take a glass of warm water + 1/2 fresh lemon juice + little ginger paste added to it; bowels will be clear within 30 mins and you will feel fresh after your sneezing comes in control.

Always use cooked food instead of bread/ buiscuits.

Avoid junk/spicy/heavy food till appetite improves.
Use green vegis and salads with at least two meals.
avoid eating without hunger.

There is no medicine/ no need of any medicine.

Eventhough there is problem pl go to Acupuncturist and a naturopath.
