Penetration isn't necessary for orgasm. You just need to be aroused enough. So this can happen for virgins and non-virgins alike.
And the good news is, if you are female, you can have many orgasms in a row, all of different types and intensities.
The phrase "pre-c.u.m" refers to something else. Before a man comes, a few drops of liquid come out of his penis, and this is called "pre-c.u.m". It DOES have millions of sperm in it and it CAN get you pregnant. So, strictly speaking, the man doesn't need to have an orgasm to get you pregnant.
