Could be acid reflux (indigestion). The pain of a heart attack radiates out from the chest through nerves to the head, back, arms...so does pain caused by indigestion. You can also begin to sweat heavily, same as a heart attack. Discuss it with your doctor. I'm surprised it's not the first thing they mentioned to you when your heart checked out OK.

If you have pain that is radiating between chest and back you may want to have a CTA or MRA, they will show more than the EKG or echo if there is a cardiac issue other than the heart itself. Make sure you push your doctors to find answers as it is your health.

Don't screw around with chest pain.. go to a doctor. I have had heart attacts, and a quadruple bypass, if my heart misses a beat, or a small pain, i am gone to the er, and i mean right now..

First thing I want to ask is what have you changed in your lifestyle in the last 6 to 9 months? Could this have anything to do with what you ask? Such as physical activity, sleep and dietary habits included. Do you smoke? Cigarettes or marijuana or more? Do you drink alcohol? All of this factors in. You need to be more specific with your question. Thanks. BTW I do hope you have discussed this with your Dr. before now. Good luck. Take care.
