difficulty in speaking usually normally,and reduced pitch?

now adays iam feeling difficulty in speaking i cant speak normally.iam finding that my vocal chords are getting strained during normal talk.iam not able to sing.though iam trying to sing voice is breathy,cant sing any more.i used to sing very nicely.iam worried about it.

Look at my other answers today by doing an advanced search about vocal cord treatments.
