I was drinking with a friend at his house and i was buzzed my friend introduced me to his friend so i gave him a hand shake. The guy was really skinny and later my friend told me that the guy has HIV. My question is that can u get HIV with a handshake and then going to the restroom and touching your genitals to go pee without washing your hands or touching your face. You know when your buzzed you don't even wash your hands. Later on, i was so worried about that.

You can only get HIV/AIDS from fluid contact (blood, urine). Unless you both had fresh cuts in your hands you should be fine.

You can contract AIDS from blood or body fluids, especially during sex. Casual contact won't pass it. Also, kissing is not likely to pass it.
