i have am facing leg joint pain and fatty stomach and 10 kg over weight.

Depending on the etiology, management strategies may include cessation of alcohol use, attention to medications, control of diabetes, and modification of lifestyle factors such as obesity. If elevations persist after an appropriate period of observation, further testing may include ultrasonography and other serum studies. Please reduce fat and oils in the diet.

an ultrasound would also in all probabilities show fatty infiltration of the liver. u dont mention ur age n diabetic status.
in any case these levels require further evaluation of a lipid profile and urgent diet modification to NO fried foods, No alcohol n a YES vegetarian diet with lotsa fruits(papaya is good)

Ask your doctor for a referral to see a gastroenterologist specialist and see one soon... the desease possibilities are many including kidney cancer and liver cirrhosis. These blood levels need further evaluation~~~
