I can't breathe out of my left nostril and it has been this way for year. I forget about it, because my right nostril works so well, but I do remember about it time and again and worry. Is this normal, sinuses, even though it is all year round? Is there an easy fix for this?

Go to a doctor and have them check it out. If it's been a year, then something is probably wrong.

This is not normal. You need to see a doctor about what is blocking your nasal passage. You would feel awful if you find that you have a tumor and it needed to be removed. It may not be something that serious but its time to quit ignoring it and find out for sure.

see your Dr. this is NOT normal. you prolly wont die from it, but it could be messing with your breathing at night causing some sleep apnea and that can have serious side effects. if your playing sports or are very active and athletic, you really need both nares.

You have what is called a "deviated septum"
Your ears, nose, and throat Doctor can surgically clear that up
for you. So see your doctor for a referal slip.
Been there, had that, as they say, <}:-})
