I am 29 years old and newly diagnosed with diabetes. I have no vascular damage at all in my extremities, but I recently had an infection in my leg for which I was admitted to the hospital for IV antibiotics. Is your sugar under control? If you have an active infection, in my personal opinion, you should go to the emergency room if it has gotten worse while on antibiotics.
To answer your question, the ideal way to increase circulation to the extremities would be to elevate your legs and feet above the level of your heart.. such as lying flat on your back with two pillows under your legs or lying on the floor with your legs on the couch.

Diabetes is a disease that affects blood flow to the body in general. It can cause numerous problems with the immune system's ability to defeat infection.
When enough blood does not flow to a given area the tissue tends to die off and infection begins.
One of the causes of type two diabetes is excessive weight. Another can be excessive sugar intake over many years; that exacerbates the poor blood flow problem. A loss of weight can to a degree decrease the call for blood flow by not having to feed the adipose tissue the body has in excess, and that blood would be more available tor more important muscle and other vital tissue. It would also decrease the pressure on the vascular system by excessive weight.
Not all with type two diabetes are overweight, but a high percentage are. Not smoking, and general good health habits begun at anytime can help decrease the effect of diabetes.
Oh, diet drinks have been connected to a higher risk of heart attacks in recent studies.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Hello Michael, you have to be extremely careful with your feet as far as diabetes is concerned, I guess you already know that. For increased circulation to your feet do the exercises, that I am sure the doctor recommended, elevate your legs, stay way from sugars and stick to your diet.

If he told you it's ok to soak them like in Epsom salts for healing do that. Make sure they are rested above your chest, several hours perhaps twice a day and try massage to them to get the circulation moving alot.

David -- eating sugar and being overweight doesn't cause diabetes. It has a genetic component.

It will help if you will sleep with a pillow under your legs. This way gravity will work to reduce water build-up. It helped my wife with her foot problems.
