If so would they be good for sports or weight training?

Pop tarts are nothing but chemicals fortified with so called vitamins and iron. If you want to get into weight training eat whole natural foods. And stay clear of the prepacked precooked foods. We have all come to eat because they are fast and easy to make and cheap..

I looked and the only thing of any sufficiency is iron.and marginal at that

umm not really.. i mean they have some iron content but all the other junk really weighs out the iron....
