Im a vegetarian, and my best friend is vegan. I know what she does is hard, so don't be suprised how many foods (etc.) you have to avoid. http://peta2.com/STUFF/s-recipe.asp will help you alot. Consider making this a permanent lifestyle, not just a few day trial. Dont make the decision without being sure! Good luck =)

Yes, do it for more than a few days.

Check out "Skinny *****" by Kim Barnouin and Rory Friedman. It's an excellent all-around guide, and it even has listings of vegan junk food at the back.
