The best thing is to not eat fruits at the same time as carbohydrates. Different food classes require different enzymes/time etc. to digest and create either alkaline or acid digestive juices. If you mix different ones, they create gas. If you can, the best thing is to not eat anything else either 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after eating fruit but you don't have to wait so long as 3 hours.

I tend not to believe in food combining stuff. However, I usually eat a piece of fruit a few hours after breakfast, and that works for me. Some people say have nothing but fruit for breakfast, but that doesn't work for me.

Eat fruits whenever you want! You snack on grapes through out the 3 hours after lunch if you wanted to...fruit is good.

Fruit is good anytime of the day especially bananas and kiwis alot of vit c and eat the seeds too!

i think u can eat it any time, can even serve as snacks, except during the meal hours (i dunno if this is true). they say you shouldn't take fruits as desserts, rather as appetizers. helps keep your digestive system in good shape. otherwise, the body will treat it the same as any food we take.
