It's probably a pretty good idea not to eat the meat. The animals should be in good health, but if the meat has venom in it, it's probably not a good idea.

But I would say it's probably not safe and I wouldn't risk it if I were you. Cobra venom is a powerful neurotoxin (poison that kills by damaging the nervous system). Maybe it would only be dangerous if absorbed by the blood, but that seems like an awfully big chance to take.

Theoretically no, but realistically yes. Snake venom is usually made up of polypeptides and proteins, which will be degraded by enzymes in your stomach and intestines before being absorbed. You should be careful though, if you have a cut in your mouth the venom could get into your bloodstream. My guess though would be that even then, unless you eat a lot of uncooked meat you would not feel any effects of the venom.

yes, the cobra venom would be broken down by your gastric juices even if any remained in the flesh of the animal. Snake venom is only poisonous if it gets into your bloodstream.

you are in the vegetarian / vegan section we don't eat meat...on another note if you cook the meat you should be fine
