Humans are omnivores. You crave meat for purely biological reasons. This is why vegetarians (I'm not passing judgment; I respect them highly) have to take supplements to replace the lack of meat in their diets.
The "cries of pain" thing is a little twisted though. Seek help. You're demonstrating one of the warning signs of a serial killer.

Just a response to the first answer:
I actually believe you when you say you respect us, and I don't think you are trying to do any harm with your answer, but it is a little inaccurate.
1. There is still plenty of debate on whether or not humans were meant to eat meat. I won't go into all of it here, but a matter-of-fact statement like yours dismisses a large amount of contrary evidence.
2. I know, either personally or through internet communities like this one, literally hundreds of vegans and I do not know a single one who has to take supplements. Every nutrient in meat and dairy can be found in plant sources. As long as you eat a balanced, varied, and healthy diet you will get all of the nutrients you need. There is no need to take any artificial supplements. Again, the blanket statement "vegetarians have to take supplements" implies some sort of research or knowledge and can lead other people to think the same way, when it is simply not true.
Again, I don't think you meant to mislead, so I wanted to clarify for you. I hope you take no offense, as I mean none.

As much as I agree with the asker here, I would never go out of my way to mention this in an herbivore forum.
Now, when the vegetarians try to sway me bu explaining in grusome detail about how veal, foie gras, beef is made, I always reply "I always wondered why it tastes so good." But I wouldn't just start saying that otherwise.
I've never actually had foie gras, btw. liver does not appeal to me.
Also, to the first answerer, the three early warning signs of a serial killer are: Arson, Committed Cruelty to animals, and late stage bed wetting. Imaginig the cruelty is not a sign.

I am not sure why people want to come to this section just to say things to upset people. If you really enjoy hearing cries of pain then you need to get your head checked because I am sure that the FBI would label you as the mext serial killer.
Stupid question, so I will just take my points and go.

haha no it doesn't. have you ever tried eating raw animal flesh that wasn't processed and cooked?
you're saying that it tastes "good" because of all the spices added to it.
have fun with heart disease carcass rotting in your body and not to mention your brain. I can already see that it damaged your brain. Your lovely and original question is proof.

Somebody said, "a cow was shot in the head and then slaughtered?" Nope, who want to eat a bullet and and or gun powers? duh!?..... that "somebody" is wrongggggg!. The blade comes across the throat when alive. Thats the slaughter house procedures to prove it freshness......(sigh)......
if you dont believe me, rent a movie, "faces of death" and youll run across it. thank you.......
