If you are going to tint white chocolate, make sure you use the paste food coloring. No water should ever be mixed with chocolate. Of course the liquid kind is water based. The color " chocolate " you find in craft stores, is not truly chocolate.

It is good, if you can't find pink chocolate, use almond bark with a few drops of red food color. We did this at Christmas for fruit and pretzels etc and it was a huge success. It tastes great too!
