If you are already a Blood Pressure patient you should not take Pro-plus and if you are a normal person you may take a tablet whenever you are felling tired etc.

Pro Plus is a caffeine tablet manufactured by G.R. Lane Health Products Ltd on behalf of license holder Bayer, and is sold in the UK. Each Pro Plus tablet contains 50mg of caffeine, approximately the same amount of caffeine as that contained in half a cup of coffee. It helps boost or maintain mental alertness and can help the user feel less tired.

CAFFEINE is an alkaloid (chemically trimethylxanthine) found in coffee and tea (when it is sometimes called theine). It raises blood pressure, stimulates the kidneys, and temporarily averts fatigue and tiredness, so has a stimulant action. It can also be a cause of insomnia in some people, and decaffeinated coffee and tea are commonly available.-

IIRC, the basic component of Proplus is Caffeine.
Yes it can raise your blood pressure, the same as if you drank a lot of coffee.
It is obviously exacerbated if you drink coffee *as well* as taking proplus

It can raise your BP as it speeds your heart rate and can improve its strength of contraction however it can also lead on from this to tachyarrythmias in which the chamber filling time is not sufficient then your BP plummets and you die,but why look on the bright side??
