It can be muscular in origin, or due to esophagititis/GERD, or a hiatus hernia.
Better consult a doctor.
But I am positive it not heart, could be due to stress as well.

It sounds like a pulled muscle. There is a "pec" muscle in front of the hear, which the diaphragm can press against. It might go away within a few hours to a few days. I would look into it.

It's probably not your heart, but your diaphragm, which is a muscle that separates your chest cavity and your abdomen.

Sounds like you need to see your doctor. Doesn't sound normal at all to me. Be smart. Get in asap. It could be gas, but, you can't be sure of anything.
