Its fine for her to take my stuff and use my stuff which i dont aprove of!! I tell her off but she doesnt listen... I have to hide everything in my room so she doesnt take it! She even denies taking my stuff but shes the only one who uses it[aswel as me]?!? When it comes to me using her eyeliner ONCE.. or borrowing a hairclip?? She just shouts and moans and call me a b****! Shes getting on my nerves! We just now had an argument about her taking my things and now shes all turning it on me and ignoring me? GRRRRRR shes so annoying! Shes older than me but she acts like a 5 year old! Help.. Its really bringing me down!

Take the high road... and ask your parents for a lock for your door.
If they worry about what you might have in there, offer to let THEM have a key, but explain to them that you don't want your sister to be able to go in, and why.
Yelling at her won't help, either. I'm a younger of two girls-- this is sibling rivalry, and she wants control. It passes. But the name-calling is immature. I don't know how old you are, but mom and dad need to hear that you need some privacy; you have a right to own your own things.

i have the same problem with my brother, but he is 11 months younger. i tried everything to make him stop and finally found a way. i started giving him one thing a week and at the end of the week he trades it in to something else. i also started buying doubles of the things he normally took and left them out so he could take them and id still have whatever it was left. also i but like a $5 lock on my door so he cant go in my room. i hope this helps!!

I agreed with you!!I also hated my sister when she take my stuff~i sometimes i wish i don't have one at all but sometimes u think that your lucky too because they are very good sometimes n i love them SO much!i always try to be good to them but they make me so mad and brag in front of mum about me,but the only difference is that my sisters are younger than me!!try to be good to them n one day they will know how u felt~~~....(ya rite!!!!!to me they just a pain in the ***!!!i would rather go die than see them everyday!!stupid girls)

That's what sisters do. Are you the older sister? I used to antagonize my older sisters all the time, now I live with one of them while I'm in school....

You're the big sister you have to bare with it. Keep yourself calm and let her be, after all she's your only sister. You may think of buying her something which she always using yours. Treat her good, she will think of it and change. Good Luck..

you dont hate her, you cant, shes your sister!!!!! I used to think I hated my brother, we even got into a couple really bloody fist fights, (it was really bad at one point) but Im glad we survived long enough to find that we love eachother regardless of any dissagreement. or anything, and now, whenever he says or does something stupid, I just tell him how stupid I think he is and I walk away.

Ask your Mom and/or Dad if you can lock the door to your room. Tell them you'd be glad for them to have a key as well. Assure them that they can check anytime to be sure you're not trying to hide anything from THEM.

One of my friends and her sister were the same way... they would literally play tug-of-war over a belt and fight over everything... Then, one day, Lacey was killed in an accident... my friend Emily wished she could go back into ANY moment she had with her sister... Its hard, but maybe let your sister borrow your stuff...

Tell her to stop or you are just going to go nuts with her stuff! Period! No matter how much she screams and complains as long as she continues to take your things, you are going to consider her stuff "free game" as well....nuff said!
If you were brothers instead, I'd just tell ya to sock him in the eye! LoL
