You see how most of them do not answer the question? They cannot tell who is illegal and who is not. They claim to never support illegal immigration, ha...like all illegals hang out in front of Home Depot and don't work in your local grocery stores or auto mechanic or the only ones who speak Spanish are illegal and they complain about pushing one for English or that there is Spanish Television. There are 32 million legal Spanish speakers, maybe 12 million illegal, anyone who tells you that they can tell them apart by looking is lying themselves.

I desagree with mville, or whatever his/her name is. You cannot just look at someone and tell he/she is illegal. That's why now in America, once you look too mexican it's hard to get a job, I see it already. That's bad. Not all Mexicans, Cubans, Haitians, or where ever the person may be from, are illegals. I like the fact that you question yourself and others, not everyone is illegal, for example I'm not from the U.S., and I'm here legally. So you are just going to look at my face and say that I'm illegal? Some people just need to stop hating immigrants and give people a chance. Agter all, most people living in the U.S. are immigrants. If you are not, your parents were. All of a sudden, everybody's pretending they are 100% Americans. As far as I'm concerned there is no such thing.

I owned my own business for several years and for every person applying for a job I found three in four who did not have proper documents. I got 16 deported and 4 more arrested for Identity theft. I think if you get caught renting to, hiring, or providing services to someone with out seeing proper documents. Then you should do five years hard labor at a Superfund site without possibility of parole, time off for any reason. I think this would stop a lot of illegals coming here.

Edit: Super Chee: You are a ignorant fool I grew up in Southern NM then served in the US Coast Guard so I know Spanish accents. 9 times out of 10 I can tell if a Hispanic is a native American in the first ten words in Spanish or English. As for both you and asker, Those who break the law are criminals and those who help them are also criminals. Remember that!

For most who are complaining about having illegals seems like you have nothing to do but hate on others. I recommend taking care of your own personal problems instead of making anyone else's life miserable. You'll just waste your time, health and your own happiness. We all have the same stuff. Bones, skin, fingers and everything else. Why make life more troublesome when we already have enough problems to worry about. Everyone should just live life to you max of actual happiness than to worry about who should be living in the same country. Lets hope you never have to decide what country you want to stay in.

That`s the problem-waiting until they are busted to find out. We don`t need our citizens murdered, molested, and raped BEFORE knowing. It does help to do raids and find out who among that crowd could be a future threat. As far as deporting-they can still sneak back in,but it might help now to know who they are-at least the cops and then throw them in jail. We need a site like "America`s Most Wanted" and show pictures of America`s Illegals and then we can help. If I saw a dude with a turban,I would get mighty suspicious and run in case he`s a suicide bomber. But if we knew who he was,it would be different-maybe he just runs a liquor store down the street. Or he`s getting ready for Halloween ahead of time. We do have to be careful nowadays-I don`t trust too well-better safe than sorry. An illegal might be nice and say Hi,then turn around and rob you the same night-ya never know.

I certainly will not tell you I'm Illegally in the United States if I am living in Washington State with a $95,000 job, driving an Acura MDX, and living in a 3,000 sq. ft. home next to the Microsoft campus, and my wife is working in the same company and her annual salary is $87,000, by the way, doing simple programming tasks. Especially if you are a jobless American.

Maybe I should carry a sign that identifies me as a citizen of America, because I look Hispanic and proudly am Hispanic.

Oh and you have many grammatical errors which includes spelling.

Of course you can't tell by looking at a person. However, I do know there is a problem because of the scores of deportments, and the companies around me being busted for hiring them. I can also tell from conversations I overhear... some people make the mistake of thinking Americans only speak one language.

Uh, yeah, we know there are illegals. We know they sneak across the border, we know they have fraudulent documents, we know they work under the table.

We know that some come with legal visas and just stay when they aren't allowed.

Why would anyone ask such a question?

Ohhhh.... You mean how does someone know if another person is illegal just by looking at them, we don't. It's not my job to worry about individuals, that is a job for the police and ICE.

I don't need to know which are illegal. I live in Los Angeles. The government tells me that 50% of Mexican nationals in the US are here illegally. I see the population of our public school and know how many programs have been cut to provide ESL and 'intervention' programs for new immigrants, particularly from Mexico. You can easily do the math.

It is all about burdens, failure of our own children's education and our own people's services, and numbers.
