Hm...

There were so many great women!..
Eve- She was smart enough to see the need for the knowledge the Fruit could give her and her husband.

Mary- She was a chosen handmaiden of God, a wonderfully wise and obedient woman!

Mary Magdalene- She was the FIRST to see the resurrected Messiah!

Sarah- She was the mother of nations, and it didn't happen till she was over 80 years old!

Rebbecca- Her compassion on a traveler got her a pretty great husband.

Pharaoh's daughter- She got to raise one of the greatest prophets of all time!

The widow who fed Elijah- Because of her generosity and hospitality, she and her son had enough to eat through the end of the famine.

Naomi- She was so lucky to have a loyal daugher-in-law!... and Ruth... to think that a convert was that faithful!... and she got to be part of Jesus' lineage!

Maybe I'll pick Ruth- around the time she met/married Boaz. I'm a sucker for romance!

I'd have to be Thomas ...and when I returned I'd be sure to tell the world, (just as I have been,) that the whole darn thing is a hoax... There wasn't a walking talking guy who had any open wounds to poke around in. Dead people stay dead... they tend to remain dead forever, and that's the truth.

But none of this '"going back in time'" stuff is gunna happen, is it? So... how do we proceed from here to agree on what's real and what isn't?

Somehow, I just don't have any fearful feelings that it will be a difficult change for me to or for any atheist to undergo. I think the burden is going to be on the backs of the god-believers to accept the harsh reality they've been so artfully avoiding until now.

What do you say, all of you self-deluded people? Are you ready to see a truer reflection of yourself? Isn't it time to ask the person in the mirror to speak truthfully for a change? Aren't you just a little too wrapped up in a fantasy world? Be honest with yourself for a change.

Peter, son of John.
1. day that Jesus chose him, saying come I will make you fishers of men. Meeting the Messiah face to face.
2. When he walked on water towards Jesus, then sank. I show a little faith, yet Jesus will catch me.
3. The Last Supper, oh, to dine with our Saviour.
4. When he denied Christ thrice. To break my prideful heart.
5. His reinstatement. because Jesus you know all things, You know I love you.

You didn't say that all the days had to be in a row. another good one would be blind Saul who became sighted Paul, Job, Jonah, David, just too many. or how about Adam, before the fall. Imagine being with God in fellowship. or Moses when he received the Law.

I originally thought of Samson, being the strongest man on earth and the adventures. (But I was distracted and forgot to answer.) Since then I also thought how cool it would be to be one of the three kings that visit Jesus.
Either way nice 5 days would be perfect - I could not alter time, so no harm.
Peace.

Well, I WOULDN'T be Job because I am a wimp and can't even handle the stuff that has happened to me. I think I would be Eve, no, then everyone would blame me for the fall of mankind. I would be Methusula, no he would just have to watch all of his family and loved ones die. I would be David, cuz he was the best.

I would love to become Adam, at least for 5 days.
I will experience how to be truly close to God, like just talking to Him and He will answer right away hearing Him literally and answering all of my questions.
I would like to know how it feels to command all the animals living in land, air and in water. ( Thinking if I'm hungry and I want a to eat, animals would set voluntarily go near me give me a food to eat and/or offer themselves to be eaten, but of course i need to cook them at least. [LOL] )
Lastly, I would like to make love to Eve, the woman who was created by God from my own ribs.
We will make love for 5 straight days. Until my 5 days is up(",)

Samson.

I'd just run around killing philistines, nailing any hot babe I wanted to, ripping lions in half with my bare hands, getting drunk, and never shaving.

And the best part of all, is that people would love me for it and thing I was a good person or something.

Man that would rock.

Good "twist" on an "old" question!!

For myself, it would have to be the prostitude that was being stoned, and then forgiven by Jesus. To be able to feel such profound forgiveness is truly awe inspiring.

Have a blessed day!

Enoch at the time of his translation. I would like to be translated back to the earth to spend some more time with my wife and Children and return to Heaven at the twilight zone of my earthly life.

If I had the chance, I wouldnt take it. I am who God made me to be and I am where He wants me to be NOW. I have no desire to go back in time, and I have no desire to be anyone else other than the person God made me to be.
I dont mean to sound unadventuresome. I just love being me and I love my life as it is, and I am doing what God calls me to do.
So execuse me if I turn down the pretend offer (HAHAHAHA) and just remain joyous at being ME .
God bless you sister zeal.. Glad you are back..
