I am a vegiterian and i would really enjoy some vegiterian recipes plz!?

if u eat cheese
u can
1.take a tortilla shell
2.put beans
3.put cheese
4.than add lettuce
enjoy
its called a tostada
oh yea
if u eat taco bell then, u know the border sauces u can add one of those in the tostada
