I want to make kimchi fried rice but all the recipes involve meat and green onions which i don't have with me.

You can make it with whatever you want, or have. But anything you change will effect the end product, so don't be too surprised if it doesn't taste the same.

Sure you can. I've replaced the green onion with a dash of onion powder and used firm Tofu instead of meat. The Tofo will take in some of the kimchi flavor but your rice will lack the meat flavor. To remedy this use some beef broth when making your rice. It really helps.

Or you can add some vegetable stock into your fried rice to replace the two ingredients. At my local food-court, they wrap their kimchi fried rice into an egg omelet, may be you can try that too.
