So yeah, I got a box of those ThermaCare HeatWraps for this pain on my neck.
I am diabetic and I just realized the box said "Ask a doctor before use if you have diabetes."
I really dont want to ask my doctor, but can anyone tell me if there's any higher risks of use for a diabetic or whatever?

Do what the box says and ask your doctor. If you are really dead set against giving your doctor's office a phone call (this really shouldn't require an appointment) at least ask a pharmacist.
