You can get protein from many non-vegetables, including:
peanut butter
soy burgers
soy milk
soy anything
nuts
beans

Also, there's probably an infinite number of meals you could make with those ingredients.

I'm sorry, but you're going to have to find SOME veggies you like, even if it's just salad with tomatoes. When people hate vegetables, it's usually because they haven't had them cooked properly (although nothing will get me to like broccoli!). Since becoming vegan, I've learned to tolerate cauliflower, and I can eat eggplant, if it's prepared right.

But soy products, nuts, and beans are chock-a-block with protein.

Fry onions, green peppers. In a bowl put a can or two of kidney beans. Mix in onions and peppes. Add one egg and couple of tablespoons of flour. Mix. make into patties. Fry like a hamburger patty.
Add any other seasonings you like'

Have you ever tried eggplant parmesan? I know eggplant is a vegetable, but after it is battered, fried, and baked in marinara sauce with cheese...I bet you would like it.
