For whole eggs: Ener-G Egg Replacer. Mix 1/2 tbsp of the mixture with 2 tbsp of water. And you want to mix it completely before adding to the rest of whatever it is you're making.

You can also grind flax seeds (keep them in the fridge, as they go bad really easily) and use 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds plus 2 tbsp of water per egg.

You can also use a flax slurry for egg whites--about 1 tbsp ground flax seed to 3 tbsp water.

You can use half of a banana per egg. Of course, what you use depends on the recipe, as some flavors won't taste good with certain recipes.

I don't know. Soy cheese isn't cheese. Cheese is a dairy product.

I use two teaspoons cornstarch for one egg. Is it for a binding agent?
