Im a male and right now im freaked out! About a month ago i got a plain handjob no sex whatsoever. I just noticed these red sometimes itchy sores on my testicular area. The funny thing is that they don't appear on my penis or testicles but on my leg next to my testicles but on both sides. Please serious answers.

not syphillis so relax, more likely jock itch, a fungal infection due to moisture and poor hygiene, there are many treatments available without prescription at your local drug store.

Don't worry it isn't an STD or anything lol Get some anti-biotics or an anti-biotic cream at the drugstore and put it on there. If the sores worsen (looks like warts or the sores are getting bigger) go to the doctor immediately because you never know what it might be. Also next time when you do something sexually intimate always be safe and protect your self.

its regular chaffed skin use diaper rash cream and it will go away.
