In my opinion,

Other than HIV there are two that I think are the next worst:

1. Herpes - Not curable, and nasty. Can be passed to baby during childbirth.
2. HPV - Causes reproductive cancers down the line, and you won't even know you've got it if you don't get check-ups.

All the rest are pretty gross, but they're curable. If you catch them early, the damage is usually minimal to fertility.

Worst Stds List

First of all, that is a very ignorant belief thinking HIV is the worst. All STD's are bad and you can't number there order because each persons body reacts different to each one.

People don't die from an aids related illness like in the past. And thinking that it's the worst STD is wrong. People live very normal lives with HIV and for most never have any issues.

There are far worse STD's. Some can be very debilitating. Syphilis for example is very easy to catch and can attack the brain and cause people to go crazy. In fact there have been more cases of syphilis in the last few years than in the decade before. It's also much easier to catch than most std's.

Most common STD's are more of just a temporary inconvenience if anything. Modern medicine clears up most all. Herpes even has a pill that now keeps it in check.

iain4rangers put some in order, but I think crabs should be below vaginal warts.

Believe it or not HIV is not the most common STD - it is HPV, but you can't die from HPV. Herpes is bad, but treatable, I would have to say syphilis is pretty bad if left untreated. You can get skin lesions and even go blind as well as crazy. It is all how you look at it, anything left untreated is really bad....Women always have more symptoms than men (go figure) and that is the biggest reason these diseases are passed around so much....Have him wrap it up, and be picky with your partners...they add up quick.

If you had sex with someone that had Ebola, you'd be seriously screwed, dude. Ebola will kill you in a matter of days. And yes, it would be considered an STD. So, the next time you visit Africa, watch who you have sex with. A rubber won't even come close to saving you. So, the sex better be damn good.

without ejaculation the chances ar eslimmer, but there is always pre-seminal fluid. There is a chance. You do need to get tested adn maybe you need to take responsibility for bringing condoms or do a better job at refusing sex regardless of how hot the guy is.

Most of STDs were given... you better ask for the ways to prevent all those STDs, i think that is more important...we have to promote health and prevent the spread of diseases before we know the disease process..

Stupidity is a bad one. You get it when you are gullible enough to believe that “infections” can be picked up without your system being susceptible enough to provide a fertile breeding ground for such “infections”
