You are obese. If you don't shed some pounds, you'll wind up with type II diabetes, hypertension or both.
Avoid soft drinks, even diet 1s, cut out ice cream, cake and candy. Drink green tea. And EXERCISE.

Diet, esp. a low-carb diet. Exercise does not burn enough cals to make much diff.
