I love Sushi. Living in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have a lot of great sushi restaurants.
I guess my favorite nigiri sushi is unagi. It's a piece of fresh water eel which has been braised and has a little sauce on it. I know if you've never tried eel, it sounds gross, but believe me, unagi tastes very good. If you want to try sushi, this is the piece you should start with.
I also like albacore and hamachi. They are two different kinds of tuna, served raw, sliced and on a piece of rice. They are tender, light colored and kind of melt in your mouth.
Don't even ask about the rolls! (Maki) There are so many and they are so good, I can't even describe them.

Great question young lady but maybe you should have asked, "Who doesn't like Sushi?" You should make your own according to your taste, it's not hard....well, maybe it is, I've only made the cone sushi in which the only risk is burning your fingers with the hot rice. My wife is Japanese-American and her family has informal sushi competitions; especially around new years when the traditional meals of sashimi, sushi, futukake, miso, misobe, natto (ick!), nishimei, etc. are served. Ahi, aku, onaga, ono, tako, nori are popular sea food additions and I like daikon and avocado too! When in Rome...

Some places serve Rainbow Roll...I don't remember what all is in it, but it is da bomb!
I love sushi, but not the fish egg kind...I can't deal with the salty bursting sensation in my mouth...ugh. LOL
Spider roll is expensive but soooo delicious.
Toro tuna is also very expensive and can be hard to find, but in a simple roll with green onion it is divine!
