Saline spray...gives moisture to your sinuses. Also, if you sleep on your back this will make snoring worse!

Go to a sleep center and get tests done then they can ascertain what type of snoring issues you have.
I go to the sleep center next week for my first study. I have had issues off and on since getting my wisdom teeth pulled 4 years ago and nose strips, throat sprays, rolling on my side, mouth guard... do not work for me.

Don't sleep on your back - it's the #1 cause of snoring. It's the only time I snore, so I always have to sleep on my side or my stomach.
Surgery seems to be the only real way to fix it.

snoring is often an indicator of severe obstructive sleep apnea. you need to discuss a sleep study with your doctor to determine if this is your problem.

The breathe right patches seem to help a little so I'm told but you might need to visit your Doctor in case you have a sleep disorder.
